METHAMOLY est une unité de méthanisation qui c'est associé avec NINKASI une brasserie restaurant pour l'approvisionner en CO2 qui est produit par l'unité de méthanisation. Ce qui permet une valorisation du CO2 qui fait parti des gaz produits par l'unité qui n'est cependant pas injecté dans le réseau.

METHAMOLY is an anaerobic digestion facility that has partnered with NINKASI, a brewery-restaurant, to supply it with CO₂ produced by the digestion unit. This enables the use of CO₂, which is one of the gases generated by the facility but is not injected into the network.
